Working with me you can expect to feel safe, heard and challenged. I am here to support you and also to encourage you to reach beyond your comfort zone. Change requires stepping into the unknown which can be a little scary. You won’t be alone. I am here to guide you the whole way.

The first session is really about getting to know a bit about you.

-Have you had previous therapy? If so, what was helpful and what wasn’t?

-What brings you to therapy at this time?

-What are you hoping to get from therapy?

-What are your interests?

I currently charge $200 for an hour. I do offer a sliding scale.

There is no HST charge

I accept e-transfer and cash.

My cancellation policy requires 24-hour notice otherwise you will be charged the full fee. Of course, in case of an emergency, you will not be billed.

As a registered social worker (RSW) my fees are covered by many insurance companies. If you are unsure if you have the coverage you can check with your insurance provider.
