Life Is Messy. Learn To Welcome And Express It.

Instead of trying to control the mess, I encourage you to embrace it and express your colourful, unique self.

Let’s Talk

“What people somehow forget to mention when we were children was that we need to make messes to find out who we are and why we are here.”

Welcome!

Hi! I’m Kim. I am a registered psychotherapist (MSW, RSW) based in Toronto, Ontario. I have been practising therapy for 25 years. I work with teens, young adults, and couples. I specialize in anxiety, depression, boundary setting, stress reduction, life changes and making mediocre lives great. I have also been a yoga teacher for 25 years and a mindfulness teacher for 10 years.

My clients learn to accept themselves for who they are and to stop comparing themselves to others. I encourage clients to change behaviours that aren’t working for them to have better relationships, gain confidence and learn it is okay to set boundaries and say no.
