I believe in inner strengths and everyone’s ability to heal. Sometimes, life events can leave us feeling overwhelmed and stressed. They may fuel anxiety or depression, or they may lead to body image and eating issues, burn out, or overall stress. Seeking help is a positive first step.
I offer a safe environment where we can work together, free of judgment. I work holistically, focusing on strengths and developing mind-body connections, utilizing mindfulness practices when appropriate.
